199 Newsrooms Commit to Filling out the Canadian Newsroom Diversity Survey

July 11, 2022- The Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ) is pleased to announce that 199 media outlets have committed to participating in the 2022 Canadian Newsroom Diversity Survey, a landmark annual snapshot of the country’s media demographics. The survey measures the race and gender of journalists working in newsrooms nationwide. Last year, the CAJ collected data on 3,873 journalists working at 209 media outlets. L’Association canadienne des journalistes est fière d’annoncer les gagnants des prix ACJ 2021 pour le journalisme d’enquête exceptionnel, remis le 28 mai 2022. Cela comprenait la présentation du prix McGillivray, reconnaissant la meilleure pièce de journalisme d’enquête soumis au programme, présentée à Brittany Guyot et Kathleen Martens d’APTN News.
