By participating in this event, you are agreeing to:
- Abide by the CAJ’s Respect in the Workplace policy, which in written to relate to employees and volunteers, but hereby extends to event-goers as well
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at the event, that your intention to attend the event is in a learning and knowledge capacity, and while vigorous discussion and good questions are welcome, you will not conduct or participate in any protest or cause a disturbance for others while in attendance.

Unacceptable behaviours include:
- Yelling, insults or profanity
- Unwanted attention and sexual advances
- Expressions of bigotry, hatred or prejudice
- Violence, threats and intimidation
- Not following instructions from event hosts
No unapproved signs or banners will be permitted to ensure visibility for everyone. Engaging in these behaviours will result in your removal from the event.
